The fee to be a sponsor/coach with our league is $80 (plus a fee 3.2% + $`1.50

ONCE REGISTRATION IS COMPLETE, NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN

Thank you for your willingness to volunteer your time with the ACA Optimist Club.

IMPORTANT NOTE: We are a part of Optimist International and therefore; we are required to register all of our sponsors and adult coaches with our parent organization. Because of this requirement, there is an $80 fee to be a Football Coach or Cheer Sponsor with our league. We do not pocket any of this money. We are a non-profit and this fee goes straight to cover your membership with Optimist International and the cost of running a background check on you.

When and where are games and practices?
Practices are held at a time, date and location determined by you and your follow coaches and sponsors. Games will be held on Saturday mornings at an Arlington location tbd. PLEASE NOTE: There is potential for occasional week night games to be announced in advance.
When will practices start?
Practices can start as soon as sponsors/coaches receive the roster. Practices are
MANDATORY 30 days prior to the start of school (per AISD calendar).
When do games start?
Kick off for 7U, 9U and 11U is Saturday, September 7th

Who is on paid staff for the league?
No one. The league is run solely by volunteers
